    pulled hamstring

Pulled my hamstring this week from doing freaking squats most likely.
Other than sleep and icing it, what are the best and fastest things I can do or supplements I can take for healing? I heard the LGD and RAD will speed up the healing?

Tb500/bpc157 are the best out there for healing injuries like that.

On the website where I'm getting my stuff it says bpc is 5mg. Does that mean it is 5mg per ml?

You need daily injections of 300 mcg. You mix 2 cc bac water to 5 mg vial, every 10iu on insulin pin is 250 mcg. You'll need 11 or 12 iu daily into injury.

You have any good suggestions? I am currently icing it, and taking ibuprophen right now. That is all I am doing as far as the anti-inflammatories.

Ibuprofen is good. If you have aleve, you can take one in the morning and one at dinner for 24 hours of Anti-inflammatories.

I also recommend you can boost it's effects with caffeine and low dose acetaminophen. (never Asprin)

Glutamine also helps, but in general protien.

You can use heat on it too, as long as the skin isn't putting off hest itself. Heat will keep the muscle from tensing up. You can also alternate hot and cold.

TB-500 2 mg per week is good. 2 cc bac water to 5 mg vial, pin 100 units or 1 cc every 5 days.

MK2866 is believed to be useful in speeding up the repair process in certain types of bone and soft tissue injuries.

Not sure what the sides would be for you, but it might be worth experimenting with a low dose if it's your first time taking it. Lots of info here on other threads if you need it.
