    healing peptides questions

    Hi,

My friend wants to heal his trauma injuries (bone, ligaments, tendons, cartilage & muscle).

He is dosing 100mcg each of Mod GRF 1-29 & Ipamorelin before bed. (Would 200mcg or 300mcg each be better EOD or 100mcg of each daily ?)

Last meal is usually 3 hours before bed, is this enough time to avoid interfering with the above ?

Thymosin Beta 4, 5mg twice weekly, usually morning, before eating or drinking, should he change it to pre-bed ?

100mcg of each, daily would be better.

Probably. It really depends on factors such as the size of the meal, its fat content, etc. Larger meals will take longer to digest.

The TB-500 is helping with the inflammation & recovery, faster improvement in all injuries @ 5mg twice weekly, so far he have used 30mg... not bad for 3 weeks, no negative side effects, sometimes there is increased relaxation post injection, but it does not affect training.

Found this about the GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide), about 75mg would be the effective dose in humans, nothing about reconstitution ?? & nothing about Biotin GHK-OH ??

"Strong systemic wound healing was induced in pigs at about 1.1 mg GHK-Cu per kilogram body weight which would correspond to about 75 mgs in humans. This is about 300-fold below GHK-Cu's toxic action (lowering of blood pressure). Much lower dosages may also be effective since GHK-Cu's actions on cells generally occur at a 1 nanomolar concentration [68].

Also most studies I've seen were topical & some said it needs to be near injury site, so does this have to be injected at injury site? IM ? SC? and in hands or feet how would I inject ? Still looking for answers.

There aren't many side effects that people report when using tb-500. This is another huge plus why people use this for faster recovery.
