reconstituted peptide froze

My frigerator froze my reconstituted mod grf solid. I held it in my hand untill it thawed. Did I ruin it? Brand new bottle...! There goes 25 bucks.. and shipping..! Shitballs. Would you still shoot it till it's gone? I took a dose this morning anyways. So trash it or no?
