    tb500, bpc157 for recovery

I'm very interested in using TB-500 and BPC-157 for my joints/muscle recovery. I have heard great results from these products. Any advice on how to use and dosages? Is one better then the other?

Tb500 uses endothelial cells to migrate all over your body. Bpc157 is for localized healing. More tendon ligament specific. Depending on severity of injury would be how much you use.

I would do 5mgs a week of Tb-500 for 6 weeks. And 250-500mcg for bpc157 near injury site for a few weeks. Daily shots.

Yeah I've read about 5mg's a week, usually split into 2.5mg twice a week. Is there any benefit of going to 10mg/week?

Absolutely benefit. My friend tore his hamstring and was squatting the following week. If I remember correctly he did one injection of 10mg tb500.

But 2.5 mg per week is more conducive to healing with the body. But higher dosing provides a massive systemic healing effect.

He tore his hamstring and squatted a week later? That's unreal! I strained my hip flexor two weeks ago, and recently it's been getting worse... Thanks for the advice.

Looking for information on healing a ligament sprain.

Trying to decide between TB 500 and other peptides.
    Any input is greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for hijacking you thread.

I know this may seem crazy but I use leeches to help reduce inflammation in my joints and tendons. It does not heal but it goes a long way in reducing pain.

Try looking into peg mgf and BPC 157, both of which also help with healing.

I currently have a tear in my brachialis and biceps brachii due to a heavy OLY lift. Currently using TB 500. 5mg per week of TB500 for 10+weeks. I tore this same muscle last year and it is healing twice as fast. 2 weeks and I am at least able to work around the injury. Ligaments and tendons heal slow due to poor blood flow around them. Getting the inflammation down can be a chore. Most TB 500 is fake so pick your source carefully, there is no way it should be cheap.

I've used the tb500 for knee pain. It was bad and was ongoing. Got worse in the colder months. Fixed me up 100% in around 3 weeks. Fixed a crap shoulder too plus got rid of a cold / chest infection I had for like 2 months. So recommend.

Wow. Even others take it around 2 weeks to at least able to move better.
