    peptide timing

I get that frequency is key but here is my situation. A few times per week I have to workout later in the evening - around 7-8. I'm in bed by 10. I'd like to pin post w/o and pre-bed, but if I'm crunched for time and don't have 3hrs between pins should I forego one or the other?

Either forgo one OR move the PWO dose to pre-workout.

What negative consequences are there to administering doses too closely together?

    Reduced effectiveness.

You might get a little more water retention as well.

Yep! Reduced effectiveness is definitely the consequence you have to face when you administer peptide doses too closely. You should administer them with at least three to four hours gap.

Great piece of advice! If he does not want to forgo any of the two, then he must choose PWO dose to pre-workout instead. That way, everything is going to be fine and there won't be any reduced effectiveness.
