    Low Dose Cruising

    I'm thinking of running 200mcg of ghrp2 for a long period of time. Would it be better to do one saturation dose every day or split it in half? Obviously I'll experiment to see what works better for my body, but other input would be great.

    Also if I do just one dose when should I do it? I've heard that if you do ghrp2 midday you get the best sleep.

    Unless you weigh 200kg, 200mcg would be twice the saturation dose.

    Without knowing what you are trying to achieve and, as Other pointed out, your weight, if you are hell bent on 200mcg per day split it in half.

    Ok, I was really mistaken about the saturation dose.

    New plan is to start at like 50mcg 2x day and feel it out as I go.

    Still though, is pre/post bed the best times to inject it?

    Are you going to be journaling at all during this process? I'm just curious because as with any area where one tries new things, paying attention to the little effects as things progress can both be difficult and very important. ^^;

    It's funny to see this debate of dosing amounts going on. I'm pretty sure there are some standard guidelines set forth buy a nutritionist or the like that could help you achieve a desired effect in the safest possible manner.
