So if my gland was removed I don't need anti estrogens on cycle?

Testosterone converts to estrogen through a process known as aromatization - because that action involves an enzyme called aromatase.
Too much of specific estrogens in your blood and tissue cause fat gains, slow loss of muscle and the reduction of both sexual performance, drive and increased water retention.
Even with your glands taken out you will still aromatise when introducing aas to your body so anti estrogens will still be needed.
