for people who get peptide insomnia

It usually is blamed on the ghrp-2 or ghrp-6 and the increase in cortisol that comes with them. I stopped both for a few days and slept better... then took a shot of mod-grf-129 and it seemed to keep me awake. What is the reason that would keep you awake if it doesn't increase cortisol?

I don't know the answer your main question. But taking mod on its own with no GHRP doesn't provide any real benefit.

I'm experimenting on which causes the insomnia. I have ipamorelin on the way and I'm hoping I can still use mod with it.

I thought that might be the case. I do know that some people who otherwise have had sleep problems have resolved their issues successfully by just dropping the Mod during their late PM dose.

Yes, that's what I found. Ipa by itself is fine. Ipa with mod (50mcg or 100mcg) - insomnia.

I suspect it has something to do with the synergistically greater release of GH from using the two peptides together. If I inject say 3iu of quality exo GH before bed, I get the same sort of insomnia. Just a bit too much energy to rest properly.

Thanks for the replies, synthetic hgh personally made me sleep like a baby. I'm hoping I can use ipamorelin even if it by itself will just cause a slight raise in hgh.

Some have moved the dose to the morning and afternoon skipping a night dose and this has taken care of sleep.

This is what my partner did when he had trouble sleeping at night. It's all about adjusting.
