    ghrp/ghrh experience

    I decided to take my first dose of GHRP-2/GRF(1-29) PWO yesterday.
    I dosed 100mcg each about 30 min after my workout on an empty stomach
    I used the peptide calculator and Im sure I dosed correctly.
    About 5 min after injecting I was soaked with sweat ...Hunger came on shortly after
    I waited 20 min untill I started to eat
    And boy did I eat
    5 peanut butter sandwiches , 1 wheat beagle with peanut butter and 3 glasses of water
    I then laid down and fell asleep for 90 min...when i awoke i felt like i couldnt get out of bed
    I forced myself up and was still feeling hungry
    I felt tired for the next 6 hours or so
    Are these symptoms normal?
    Do I need to adjust my dosage?

    Hunger is normal, it's caused by the ghrp-2. I've had the sweats as well but usually at a higher dosage. Your 100% you mixed and dosed correctly?

    I'm sure I mixed correctly. 5mg of ghrp-2 with 1ml of bac water. 2 mg of grf 1-29 with 1ml bac water.
    My syringes are 100 units
    Followed the peptide calculator.. 1 tick mark (2iu's) for the ghrp-2 and 3 tick marks (5iu's) for the grf-1-29
    I understand that hunger is normal but what about being wiped out as I was ?

    Start with a lower dose say 33mcg. The symptoms you have are not always present.

    Also you can take in protein straight away. When you feel like that no need to wait 20 minutes to eat go ahead and start sooner say 10 minutes post administration.

    I'll take your advice and move to 33mcg both ghrp-2 and grf 1-29
    I'll post back at my response to the reduced dosage
    One other thing... during workout I am consuming 5g of leucine in water.
    After my workout am I able to consume another 5 grams of leucine and would that be before taking the peptides or after injecting the peptides?

    5g of leucine PWO would be great.
    Doesn't matter whether it's before or after your peps.

    Both isn't a problem.
    PWO (post) is the one that will provide the most benefit, but it certainly isn't going to hurt anything if you choose to take it both pre and post.

    That is exactly how my first time was, except for the tired part. I remember driving home from the gym, soaking wet with sweat wondering if I would make it home without throwing up. By the time I got home my stomach was growling and I ate like a pig. I tried the same dose the next day and the sweating was a bit less intense. After a week or so I was fine and had no reaction with 100 mcg of each. I now take 50g of carbs and 5g of Leucine 30 min after my pin and the blast of fast carbs really helps with the hunger. Just hang in there or drop the dosage.

    I feel nothing using peptides. Dosed at 100 mcg Ipamorelin and 100 mcg grf. Even dosing this way 4 times a day. Funny how peoples bodies react differently.

    Ipamorelin is smooth. GHRP-2 is a bit rawer.

    I'm using ipamorelin and have sleep like a rock and have some pretty cool dreams! It did make me a bit lethargic during the day for about a week but I'm getting back to normal.

    I am an interested ipamorelin user and based on my research and other users' comments, even ipamorelin causes hunger. We just have to adjust to this hunger and make sure we do not give in.

    It is normal if it is your first time using it. There is no need to lower your dose. Your body will get used to it in the future. Believe me. I have been there. Done that. Good luck with your cycle.
