    Eating after ghrp injection

How important is it to eat after administering GHRP and GRF-1? I understand that it should be administered on an empty stomach and that one should wait about 20 minutes before eating carbs. My question is would it be okay not to eat at all after administration?

Yes it is perfectly fine not to eat after dosing.

Doesn't this combo release FFA's? Which would then be burned (given you were in a pre-fasted state already, such as the AM after sleeping)?

Or am I thinking of Gh-Frag?

No your correct. This is why I would dose when I woke. I then use to wait an hour or so them go do some steady state fasted cardio for an hour. Then depending on what my goal was I would fast another 2 or more hours.

100mcg/100mcg GHRP-2/Mod(GRF 1-29) and I know we should wait about 30 mins before eating anything. But is there an added benefit to waiting longer? Say like 45 mins or even more, maybe an hr and a half?

Not eating is because carbs & fats blunt the GH pulse you have created. This pulse only lasts 30mins, so waiting longer to eat wont do much. Unless your going for fat loss? You should avoid food for at least an hr before your dose too. Although protein is OK before.

No. The point of not eating is so that you don't blunt the release of GH. That happens within 20 minutes after dosing. After that, the peps are done performing their action.
