Do the GHRP/GHRH stimulate hyperplasia or not?

there is much debate over hyperplasia of muscle existing in humans, or it at least being achieve by hgh.
What mechanism do these peptides use to create new muscle growth? Is it simple hypertrophy via increased protein synthesis?

As a side note, is there any point in taking these peptides at the age of 21? Some people have said that it is almost useless at this age for muscle building properties, due to my natural levels of HGH still being comparable to what is achieved with these peptides. is this true? If not, what are some expectations?

These peptides release and amplify a natural pulse of growth hormone from your body. So you get all the benefits of HGH. Ghrp/ghrh combo would be similar in results to 4-6iu's of synthetic HGH. You won't see much growth from using peptides alone.

There is no reliable evidence that hyperplasia (in the muscles) even exists. This is why the muscle fibers don't multiply, but rather become thicker. The process is called hipertrophy, which is way different than hyperplasia.

Regarding the last paragraph of original post, 21 for me is way too young to be using peptides or HGH. Late 20's and upwards is usually the kind of age group your looking at, when your body starts no need a helping hand, shall we say.

21 years old - your body is still producing abundant peptides and gh. There's no need to take them artificially at a very young age. The production peptides and gh slow down once you are in your late 20s and early 30s - that might be a good time to start taking them.

No, they do not. Any kind of peptides does not cause any serious side effect. I bet you are using other types of drugs/medications or what? Anyway, 21 is too young. You better stay away from it.
