    gyno and other problems

Hi everyone, I need some help. I have been cycling prohormones for the past 2 years and I have some side effects, go figure. I always took OTC pct and liver support but it wasn't strong enough. I have been off PH's since the December ban. Now my question is that I have gynomastia, and both nipples are puffy and lactating black milk or whatever you want to call it out of my right nipple and clear milk out of my left. The boys are shrunk and my libido is down.

I'm sure my test is also really low, I haven't got any blood work because of my job work schedule. Working 70 hours a week. I was told to take letrozole, nolva, and clomid. Will that get be back to being a normal again? I need honest support and help with this, don't bash me. The damage is done and I want it fixed. What else do I need and what type of dosage do I need. Thanks everyone.

Not possible, I don't have insurance or a doctor and I can't take time off work, but I definitely understand that you cant give me any advice until I get that done.

I have been on roids for two years straight, and I don't have those side effects. Everyone is different, you have to now what the hell is wrong with your body first, and then take the right medication. But if you are with gyno, letrozole will help you. You will need some HCG and clomid to take your testosterone levels back. Good luck

It'll clear up with time. Try to get levels back up naturally, in the meantime, with proper food and regular strenuous exercises.

If I could not get bloods, then I would do a Trt level of test (200 mg per week), and nothing else. I would not blindly add in other drugs, all of which have sides. The trt level will keep me functioning better than being suppressed, and has a low side effect profile for me. Only after I got bloods would i add more chemicals to my body.

Gyno will never clear up. It's impossible to get leveled off with out labs.

So dont take letrozole to reverse it? I have had lumps the size of a quarter for about a year now and wondering if that will reverse it or is it too late? I was gonna run test 250 to raise up my test. I didn't take anything because I didn't have a source.

Again, without bloods, I would not crapshoot chemicals. I would hold steady with low dose test, save my pennies, and then get bloods. If I had this for a year, another few months is nothing.

No one will give you proper advice here. These are not long time researched steroids you took. Do blood tests. End of story.

Standalone labs like AnyLabTestNow will do full hormone panels for $150 or so and will take an hour out of your day.

I had gyno once in over 15 cycles with no AI support. The one and only time I had it, it completely went away, but took a couple years. I was recommended surgery, as many are, but I feel 90% of the time that surgery isn't necessary. But whether from PH or AAS, gyno is gyno. Try some letrozone and see what happens.

Johny, letro isn't something you "try." He needs blood work to come back. Taking anabolics blindly is what got him into this mess, doing the same thing with an AI won't help. And honestly, the sides from letro are worse than gyno lol.

That's true Damme. Was a last resort IF there was a general idea on bloods. Good point.

Honestly, if you can't find the time to get bloodwork then it's not worth it to you to get better. No information here
