    slight gynecomastia

Can slight gyno be reversed without surgical intervention? Who has personnal experience? Did once cycle two years ago, followed by Doctor prescribed pct, but still got it a year later. Doc gave me nolvadex but it didn't do nothing. Friends talk about letro but no one knows. Just hoping for one last option before I go under the knife.

Yes, letrozole can indeed reverse gyno. Many have used it with success.

If you have gyno in the early stages you should have no problem with letrozole. You could try 2.5mg for 5 days and then 1mg until it's gone.. this dosage is pretty strong.

You must also reduce your body fat to a single digit so you can have a clearer picture of the problem and you will look better.

Already am around 12% (caliper tested with biosig software a month ago and still going down) so it's not fat, and only on one side.

Does the gyno seem to be gone when you get a bit cold?

Exemestane is even more potent that letrozol and anastrozole.

Exemestane aka Aromasin in my opinion is crap, it did nothing for my gyno on cycle, did not even slow it down.

Exemestane has been show to reduce estrogen in subjects by 85% whereas letro can reduce it to undetectable levels ~ 99%

I used letro 2.5mg per day, it took around a month and gave me terribly stiff joints, no libido, but it did reverse my gyno. But, using this AI you will need to taper it, and it could take up to 3 weeks to get blood plasma levels up. Also nolva at just 20mg per day lowers blood plasma levels of letro by up to 30%

Now this is a new case, I honestly haven't heard about it.
