However, my concern is that I have quite a lot of moles, they are relatively small, but I don't want them to flare up TOO much.
I have read that people say that loading is completely uneccesarry, and if you follow the approach of doing 1 dose of 300mg a week, you won't have this issue, the only problem is it takes longer time to achieve a nice tan.

Hello. I have been using mt2 for 2 years now. No, it won't make your mole bigger. However, it will appear to be more visible as there is a tendency that mt2 might darken them (well, I am just basing this on my personal experience).
