    So 100 lines equals 2mg. 2mg equals 2000mcg. So there is 2000mcg per 100 lines. 2000 divided by 200 is 10. Line 10 will be 200mcg

your math is off because there is only fifty tick marks on an insulin syringe each tick mark is two units on a standard insulin syringe.

now count the lines between 10 and 20 you will see there are only 5 of them hence each line is actually two units.

each line is 2 units but 2mg in 1ml batristatic water ( the whole insulin needle - 1cc ) will yield 2000mcg. If this assumption given is true 2000 ÷ 10=200mcg. Correct?

2000/50=40 so each tick mark is 40mcg 5*40= 200 so 5 tick marks is 200mcg. Draw until you are at the fifth tick mark which should be the line with the 10 on it.

you should change you syringe to standardize the dosage. Don't forget to re-check the calculator.
