The thread title is really catchy and funny. Yes it is true, and the erections, like Godzilla said, is spointaneous. So if you and your partner would use it, make sure you are not anywhere public when it hits you because you cannot control it. It would be most obvious to men, of course.
And don't use of it too much. It's not good and healthy for your relationship. It's not nice thinking that you only have great sex because of a drug.
As long as they don't get too dependent on it, I think it's okay. The natural way is still the best way, but getting help isn't that bad at all.
