if i buy 10 mg how much time will it last?

in general first doses should be kept low around 100-200mcg just to assess and discourage potential sides...

Easier to talk in units on a 100u or 30u syringe.
100u water into 10mg makes 10u=1mg
You can expand the water to expand the scale.

Common advice on how much to mix is either 1 or 2 CC of the water.

That being said....if you're stretching out a 10 MG vile, go with the 2 CCs but remember to base your dosing on the original 10MG. As in, everyone is so worried about the liquid side of it, that they forget the point: you're trying to get ___ mg per day out of that original 10.
