Question about syringes/needles?

I'm wondering where people buy needles usually? Amazon doesn't seem to have anything from what I can find, but maybe I just don't know what to look for... I suppose I could always buy more from same place I got them the first time (I should've bought more that time!), but I don't want to pay international shipping just for that. ]

where in the us , in some states you can buy insulin needles over the counter, I get mine at walmart.

I'm in Arizona, but I'd rather just buy them online if I can. But if nobody has website suggestions I'll definitely give Walmart a try!
