Took my second dose today of MT2 today. How far do you have to stick the needle in on the insulin needles? I'm not sure I'm going in far enough. All the liquid is entering my body no water left on skin after injection by the way. Today's injection I'm not sure if I pushed plunger too hard but a lump of liquid formed under skin then went away after a second.
Also suppose this second injection did not go deep enough into sub layer of fat will this in essence be a wasted dose? It's still gone into my skin at the end of the day.
Its based on your body fat and your needle length.
Basically, if you're very thin and can't pinch any fat, you'll want 8mm needles inserted completely, or to inject at an angle if you really need to.
If you can pinch a decent bit of fat, or you're quite large 8mm or 12.7mm needles inserted completely are fine, but you may want to pinch some fat to be sure.
A slight lump or bit of liquid when withdrawing is OK.
If it's a larger or inflamed lump then you either have issues with bacteria or pH imbalance (shouldn't happen with MT2, generally only custom synth peptides need pH stabilization).
If the liquid is red, it's just a bit of blood - there's not too much of an issue. Again, if there's a lot you may have hit a vein, if it stops just note the location and avoid it. You shouldn't get any real damage when injecting subQ.
I do pinch a bit of fat when I inject but as I'm new to injecting I'm not very confident with it. If I'm not injecting fully down below the skin into the fat will this peptide not wor as well?

When I say lump I don't mean on withdrawal I mean when I'm injecting in like you can see a bubble of the peptide through my skin.
Yeah, that's probably a little too short.
I believe the adipose layer starts at 6mm deep on average, but I doubt you've wasted it as such, it just may not have been effective.
Try pushing the needle all the way in, that will be better
Ok thanks for your advice just did another jab then and it was perfect think it's as I'm inexperienced with injecting myself. One last question off topic I have had 3 x 500mcg doses now the last 3 days on the 'loading week' Is it okay to go for a subbed session today? Will enough of it be in my system?
You have enough in your system from the very first dose, the loading phase as you describe it isn't necessary.
It should be considered the point until you reach the colour you want.
Just dose daily and get UV exposure (sun beds) twice a week.
As you are nearing the colour you want space it out to every other or every 3 days until you reach it, then just maintain.
