    Injectable or inhaled?

I just discovered PT-141 about a month ago and have read a little about it but this seems to be the best forum I've seen so far and I'm hoping I might get an answer that will help with my decision.

I'm 50 and have had issues with ED and ejaculation thorough intercourse and I believe these are partly physical and partly psychological.* I take Cialis but it seems to be kind of hit or miss as far as effectiveness.* Having said that I will wake up early in the morning with spontaneous erections that are harder than anything I experience while awake.

What I'm hoping is that PT-141 might give me the edge to be able to take my mind out of the equation.* My inability to achieve orgasm during intercourse is definitely tied to my concern over losing an erection since I'm easily able to achieve orgasm manually.

I have several concerns with attempting PT-141 however.* The first being injection versus inhalation.* Most of the articles I have read indicate inhaled PT-141 is tied to a risk of highly elevated blood pressure.* But this would seem to be the simplest method.* Then the question becomes dosages when inhaled.* I have read several articles about injection dosages but not for inhalation.

If I go the injectable route I do have some syringes but they are a larger gauge for injecting testosterone cypionate and I'm not sure if these would work for a subcutaneous injection since they are meant for intramuscular injections.

Lastly, there are so many sources for PT-141, how does one know who to trust?* And if I decide to go the injection route will they also include the bacteriostatic water?

I'm about to spend my first Valentines Day with a new girlfriend and would like to make it a special event.

Thanks so much for any guidance you can give.

    Hi Alibaah,

I believe the main issue would be the high dose required for subQ would be even higher if nasal was your method of choice.
When I use it, I use 1-1.5mg, if you take melanotan as an example, its roughly 50% as effective. This would mean a 2-3mg dose, which would also prove difficult to measure in a typical nasal spray solution.
I also remember reading about snorting the powders outright - to no effect, so don't waste your money with that.

I would suggest using subQ and purchasing some smaller needles (8-12.7mm length & 29-31G)
Lastly, our company has quite a bit of trust on this forum.
We only supply sodium chloride currently to the absence of a reliable source.

Thank you so much for your fast response Tom.* It definitely sounds like subcutaneous injections are the way to go.* The challenge I will have is getting the smaller gauge needles given they require a prescription here in the US.*

Does your company ship from the UK?* Or do you have shipping inside the US?* I'm hoping to order some to be able to try it before the weekend.

I'm thinking a low dose like the .5mg described in other posts, plus 10mg of Cialis might be a good combination.

Great questions & welcome aiibaah! It is unfortunate that nasal administration of PT-141 does not simplify the process. Because the dosage needs precise measurement, insulin syringes into subcutaneous areas is the route to take. Even though insulin syringes are OTC in my state, I find it more convenient to order online (gpzservices.com for example). Locating bacteriostatic water vendors is an increasing hassle for United States residents.... Don't rush PT-141 experimentation, take it slow*

We ship from the UK worldwide - as long as there is a postal service to carry it!
We also use discrete packaging, an added advantage when purchasing needles in a prescription area.

The dose sounds good, I've heard good reports of PT141 & Cialis, although nothing to say myself.
And as Melanotan said, take it slow to enjoy it the most!

    Re: Injectable or inhaled?

Thanks for you reply.* It sounds like hoping to do something for this weekend doesn't make much sense.* So I guess I'll put it off for the future.* So then the question becomes ordering the product.* And if time isn't a big issue then I suppose I can go ahead and order from Lab Peptides and have it shipped to the US.* There seems to be a bunch of vendors in the US but I'm really hesitant to put something in my body from a company I don't know.* And if I'm able to order the complete kit from LP then that eliminates the need to find the other items elsewhere.

OH well.* I'm seeing my urologist tomorrow.* Maybe I'll have him prescribe Viagra since I still have some Cialis left and try that combo this weekend.* I've heard many guys have pretty decent results with that.* Then I'll get some PT-141 next week.

Thanks again Tom.* That definitely sounds like the way to go.* I'll place an order at the end of the week since timing isn't going to be a factor.* I've already mentioned this to my girlfriend so we'll just plan on experimenting on another weekend.* It will be interesting playing around with the timing since in reading the posts on here it seems like anywhere from a two to eight hours are required for a response, with four being the average.

    Re: Injectable or inhaled?

Looking at the Lab Peptides site I'm only finding the Melanotan II kits.* Are there not kits specifically for PT-141?* Or am I just not finding them for some reason?

We only have MT2 kits at the moment but I can make one up if you like?

Its mainly just if many people order the same products we make that kit up - and MT2 are the most popular products, so we have more data on what people want.

There's also the issue that PT141 (and other peptides like GHRP-2/6, CJC) have different dosages for different people, making kits for everyone would require a lot of products.

We do however sell PT141, Sodium Chloride, needles and wipes on our site, under their respective headings

Oh, OK. No worries.* I'll just order the items individually.

I was wondering though since PT-141 was discovered while researching Melanotan if MT2 would do basically the same thing plus the deepening of skin tone?* Or is PT-141 definitely more effective for sexual response?

    Re: Injectable or inhaled?

They essentially singled out the part that is responsible for the libido increasing effects.
As they only have this part its much more effective mg for mg. it also allows you to dose higher; for example, I can dose up to about 0.5mg of MT2, but up to about 2mg of PT141 before feeling nauseous.

    Re: Injectable or inhaled?

Great!* Thanks again for all the information Tom.

Trying something like this is obviously quite a bit different than simply taking a Viagra or Cialis picked up at the local pharmacy so your input and this board are invaluable.

I will place an order at the end of the week and will likely test it in the next two weeks, when opportunity presents with my girlfriend.* According to your website it take approximately 6 days or so for delivery in the US.* I live in a major metropolitan area so it should be fairly easy.

    Re: Injectable or inhaled?

That's what they say as a guideline, normally for large/main cities in the US it takes about 3 days (4 inc next day dispatch), but it can take up to 6 and very rarely longer.

Lab Peptides is a great help, thank you again for your service Tom!

MT-2 and PT-141 offer the equivalent aphrodisiac response. You're right, MT-2 is only more far reaching in the body, helpful for those with fair skin types.
