(rectal administration)* Has anyone done this?* I'm guessing that if you can mix then use as a nasal spray, plugging should also work.

I can't decide between subcue or rectal (i really don't like needles).

I'm not aware of anyone attempting rectal administration, so can't really comment on its effectiveness!


I know you're considering Melanotan for your psoriasis too, so if you also wanted to use PT 141 you could put both doses into one syringe - two birds one stone!

I'll be trying the PT 141 on monday but still can't decide on the method

I would highly recommend injection, it's truly the best delivery method!
