I think she (or some putz who originated the photo) used PHOTOSHOP.
For one thing it's too even. Also I saw her on the news when it went down
and she was not that color.
I do suspect she would love melanotan and go nuts with it like I have.

I made the photo with a screen capture from a TV broadcast. I have not edited the picture, but maybe have a TV station edited, but I do not think so.

My gut feeling is that the camera man or someone in editing was playing with
contrasts etc. it looks very fake / George Hamilton / DHA spray on.
To me it does not look like uv tanning.
I saw the initial news and she was dark, but not that shade / overly crispy.
