So have decided after doing a bit of research to try some melanotan 2, which i ended up ordering from peptide pros which is due to arrive tomorrow.
The reason i found out about it is because i was simply looking up on google how to darken a ginger beard without dye as my beard always goes this way when it gets a little longer, i am not overly concerned about it but thought there might be something easy i could do and then i stumbled upon melanotan 2 and realized my even stronger desire to have a tan as i have been pale my whole life and always burnt very easily.
Where is the best place to look into how much dosage etc, is there a good thread i should read?
I have already received a bunch of 1ml 29g x 12.7mm insulin needles, sterile water, alcohol swabs and some larger needles for mixing it.
Im a 25yr male, weighing 66kg and about 155cm. I think i am skin type 1 although my face and arms are a shade darker so maybe im a type 2.
I was planning on putting the whole 5ml sterile water into the vial as i feel this will be easy to measure out. No idea what dosage I'll start on yet. I get a 3 day weekend from work every week so was thinking of starting the loading phase a couple of days before that and then heading to the beach for about an hour each day on my days off.
If anyone has any advise who may be similar build, height, skin completion to me on what they did or any threads that could be helpful. Also has anyone purchased from peptidepros before? I think they used to be called rockstar chemicals. I have order 5 x 10mg vials. How long would this typically last the average user?
I hear a lot of people start with doses around 250mcg. I recommend to all newcomers to start with small doses and work your way up, just so you can find out how your body reacts to MT2. I was super pale myself and I found that I can work myself up to 700mcg maximum. And don't lose hope if you don't tan within the week. I took me a solid month for the MT2 to actually develop a tan; I hear a lot of people saying the same thing.
It takes different people, different amounts of time to use up a 10mg vial. When I started, I used 600mcg or .6mg about five times per week. So a vial would last a little shy of one month. As you develop a tan you wont need to dose as often. So I can see 5 x 10mg vials lasting easily half a year.
Enjoy MT2 for all it's worth, but don't go overboard!
Thanks Wes I'll try giving a small dose to start with a try
How often did you get UV exposure and how long?
I'm a little worried I won't get enough UV as I should while I'm loading and think it's not doing anything after taking nearly every day for a month, then all of a sudden have one day where I get too much sun and end up black as anything. Is this possible?
I'm in australia so we can have some really crazy hot days and I don't want to turn into a black dude by accident :p
I used MT2 over summer when I was outside a lot. Probably two to three hours a day. And there is no need to worry. MT2 is a gradual tan, there is no need to worry about being black, you'll tan in slight shades. It's not like you're just jumping up skin types from 1 to 6 everyday. You'll be fine

The loading phase has a lot to do with it. Low dose will give protection, mega
doses = abo guy! (me)
Hi guys, so i just mixed my MT2 with 2ml of bac water. As soon as i stuck the syringe into the MT2 the vacuum of it quickly shot of the water into the vial with out giving me chance to do it slowly, it frothed up a little bit when i did this, but after turning it around in my fingers for a little while it now looks completely clear. I think it should be fine but im just wondering if this is bad as most videos i have watched specifically say to avoid this and not to shake it or anything.
Also just to clarify, if i want to inject 0.25mg to start with, this should be 5 units on my 1ml insulin syringe right? Not too great at math

That's fine! Most peptides aren't as fragile as people make out, it's more of a safety precaution to make sure nothing goes wrong.
And yes, 250mcg (0.25mg) would be 5 units when mixed with 2ml (200 units) of water.
If they are BD, they may not actually have a 5 marker on them, as they go up in increments of 2. You'll need to get it as close to the middle of the two ticks as possible - it doesn't matter if it's a bit out, as 4 units would be 200mcg and 6 units would be 300mcg, so it won't hurt you!
