350mcg E3D as maintenance dose, does not work for me?

My hair color fading. How much are your maintenance doses?

I personally used 500mcg/E2D to maintain.


Adjust it to find a level you're happy with - it varies for everybody, from your starting skin type - current skin type, your weight, UV exposure, etc.
