So apparently hospira says once opened, use it for 28 days then discard, but I've read logs where people use the same vial for up to 6 months and have no issues
has anyone used a bac water vial more than a month old? pls share.
If you are confident the product has been stored properly and vial not contaminated, you should be good to go. I would have little reservations using old bacteriostatic water....

I was planning on wiping the lid with an alcohol pad before every usage, using new syringes per injection of course, and refridgerating

Freezing stops almost all processes in living organisms, such as bacteria (there are some that live fine in subzero but you're unlikely to find them in day to day life.
Refrigerating stops many and slows down most processes, which is why food in the fridge goes bad slower than being left out. Generally though with proper methods maintained, 2-8C is fine.
