Failed SubQ, bloody?

I has very low body fat, and it is hard to find a place where my fat layer is 5mm and I use very short needles.
I'm sure I have injected in the blood stream or muscles. Is that dangerous?

You'll want to be cautious... injecting intramuscular, a small amt made me sick (quickly heaving by sink)

Keep in mind just because you see blood coming out does not mean you injected into a vein.

Don't you aspirate before you inject? I'm prob 13-14% bodyfat and it'd be hard for me to inject IM with these needles. Try to inject on a 60-50 degree angle if your bodyfat is lower than that.

For the first time I had adverse reaction in the form of a headache immediately after. And it stings.

I always inspect but was wrong. I'm 8% BF and always inject on a 40 degree angle and in a lifted skinfolder.
The thickest part of skin, of my body is just 5mm.

No, 4-5mm only. I can´t find any skinfold over 10mm on my body. My goal is 5% bodyfat, always visible sixpack - natural and healthy, without HGH and steroids ]

5% is not healthy, never seen anyone with bf that low look healthy tan or not, maybe if you're doing a show or just want going on holiday for week but in my opinion 8%-10% should be the realistic minimum to maintain, that's still low enough bf to show the six pack and muscle definition.

I agree with tannerano about that being too low. I think I injected into a vein once I mentioned it on the forum somewhere that I had black stool, I had chest pains that day too. It's pretty difficult to put weight on especially if you're taking a drug that suppresses the appetite. I weigh 160 pounds and have no real trouble pinning daily, I actually enjoy the injection part is that weird?

I have a problem with how I perceive stomachs. I do not think that feminine stomachs are attractive to men, and it requires a low percentage of fat to remove fat on the stomach.
Otherwise, I'm satisfied with 8-9% that I have now, and a waist less than 30 inches (75 cm).
I have the "Adonis golden ratio" (waist to shoulder ratio of 1,6).

I have the same problem being 4% body fat.

I am looking into the nasal spray alternative but am curios at to what the difference is in terms of ingredients.
