No effect, please help

Bacteriostatic Water in glas vials for injection, is hard to get at my location so I made it myself. I made it of sterile isotonic eye wash solution (.9% Sodium Chloride, NaCl), and added Benzyl Alcohol .9%.
Is that approach working for MT2 without degrading the peps?

I keep the MT2 in the freezer, both vials with powder and preloaded pins.

I am a male with skintype 2, am on .5mg MT2 ED for now 2 weeks and I also was at the beach 4 times x 3 hours, without any effect of MT2 other than few new brown moles.

What is going wrong for me?

Cumulative 11mg in 3 weeks. It works* ;D
I get some moles, that I never had, and the moles get dark after pinning.
Still no other sides.
