Minimum Sun Exposure

For skin type 2, what do you think the minimum effective sun exposure is while taking MT2 to achieve a modest summer tan?

wife and i started out with a* 15 min a side for a week after starting the injections and then started staying out longer* i think about* 30 to 40 min. a side was the max and* got fairly dark fast .
