Freckles, black spots and no tan

I've been using melatonan 2 for over 2 weeks now and I didn't get tan at all. I got several black spots/freckles on my face I never had before. I'm very pale. Should I discontinue to use melatonan 2? I live in Scotland and don't get much sun here. Will the black spots disappear?

Welcome squash, thanks for posing the question to the forum. What were the expectations from a couple weeks of MT-2 usage? Arriving at black spots/freckles is a clear indication of melanocyte stimulation....* Best advice is to continue...however melanotan 2 is a poor sunless tanner & requires much diligence to see results in very pale skin. The darker pigmentation caused by brief exposure to melanocortin agonist peptides will fade with time.
