    Acetic acid for igf-1

Hello, I must make by myself some AA 0.6%, since I live in France and there is no way to buy it from USA (too expensive postage and custom issues). I read the peptide-guides, and it seems to be necessary the distilled white vinegar. Believe, or not, this kind of vinegar is IMPOSSIBLE to find here!!! So, it is possible to use instead the "white wine vinegar"? Is it just a difference of acidity? Please, let me know!!! :'(

    Re: Acetic acid HELP!

it's nothing to get worked up about, you are best off reconstituting igf hormone polypeptide with bacteriostatic sodium chloride (.9%) - given you are not planning on mixing a long chain amino acid (IGF-1) analog and storing warm for months+...

folks do fear the peptide sticking to the glass pores and slight denaturing... if there is anything I can do to put your mind at ease and/or keep you from buying inferior products, holler - thanks Meg72* 8)
