havent started uv exposure yet for melanotan (im 6mg in) but i still have some red spots from old acne... i heard tanning helps hide them which is great but i would also like something to get rid of them completely.
i have a tretinoin cream at home that my dermatologist gave me but i have not used it because i heard it does not go well with uv exposure... does exfoliation simply with a towel or something help at all?

look forward to any expert opinion(s) here...* Other than time (maybe a plastic surgeon) I am unsure. certainly diet/supplements may be advised, such as fish oils (or other exotics)
