Hello - I just took my first PT-141 bremelanotide injection about one hour ago - I am anxiously awaiting the results that oh so many of you have enjoyed.* I have a phone call coming up in another two hours with my honey (on the phone unfortunately) and I so much want it to be one sexy and exciting visit which will not soon be forgotten by him, as well as by me.
I did get the injitial flush after injecting - primarily on the face - here I am waiting and hoping that I do get the response I so much want.* I have two more hours to go before my phone call.
For the ladies out there (because there does not seem to be much input from females) I gave myself what I think was a little less than 1mg,,,the little lines are so tiny on these needles I did the best I could.* I have not felt any nausea as so many do but my face has been flushed and diminishing in the "heat" by now.*
My question is, I reaally need alcohol to relax and feel uninhibited so that I can enjoy the encounter/sex even though by phone.* Will alcohol in any way DIMINISH OR NEGATE THE SEXUAL INTENSITY OR FOR THAT MATTER PUT A DAMPER ON THE RESULTS EVEN HAPPENING???* I'm talking about a couple of glasses of wine/Bailey's/Irish Mist,,,anything !
So far,,one hour and 17 minutes after injection ,,,,nothing yet.*

What did I do wrong???* I am so disappointed - my libido has been negative for some time and I was so excited to find out about PT141 ...
Why do you think it had no effect on me?* Wrong dose,, or perhaps too short a needle?* Please give me some input - I would like to try again.* Thanks..........
Hello again - I just noticed that the insulin syringes they gave me at the pharmacy yesterday are 8mm,,,meaning 5/16ths of an inch - it's not even 1/2 long - I thought it looked awfully short !
Do you think this is the cause for no affects/results - too short a needle?* I will make sure I pick up another with 1/2 inch.* Thanks for the input.

Couple thoughts as per the OP, anxiety (doesnt mix had it be in the equation) and anticipating a phone call...not sure that would trigger my experience.* Seeing the female's hour-glass figure, touch, smell, etc ignite my senses (my brain and being generally doesnt enjoy the phone)
Being an initial Melanotan II user, I have no recollection or bearing on a single PT injection meeting expectation - often times users report the aphrodisiac from repeated tanning injections (fyi)
When nothing happens for the user it strikes me as odd...as I would be one who is sensitive/effected by the product
PT-141 can work for menopausal women, girls on birth control or SSRI's....* PT141 also works for men with hormone imbalance.* When a healthy person has no effect, they could be that 10% or some other reason unknown
Any insulin pin works.* If injected in the wrong area (unlikely...just the fat vs the subq layer)...could impact results
You know, I truly think that the wrong needle had something to do with the lack of response - I am going to another pharmacy and buy the needles you recommend, i.e. 29 guage - 1cc - 1/2 inch long.* When I saw how short the needle was yesterday I immediately thought it might be a problem.* Also, I did in fact view the video instructions and, grabbed and lifted some skin below my waist when I injected,,,as they recommend.* Do you suggest another site for injection?
Also, please note that I did in fact insert the stupid needle a couple of times into the PT solution because it kept going in too close to the metal rim - also, I pulled in and released the solution in the needle a couple of times as well in my attempts to pull in the proper amount of solution.* Do you think this could have been a cause for deterioration and thus no effect???
So sorry to bother you - but you cannot imagine the extreme disappointment I am feeling, and that is quite an understatement for sure !!
I will try again - and once again do 1 mg (which is basically 10 tiny lines??) and see what happens and report....perhaps the Bailey's screwed it up also......oh I hope it works this time - will report ....
Shouldn't be the needle.* I like the 5/8" short needles...never a problem in the lean areas around the navel.* But you're right, 99% of my experience is w/ 1/2" needles on insulin syringes - most of the time I sink the pin, not always - depends on the spot - stomach is my preference (my arms/legs are areas I have yet to venture to)
PT-141 is durable in freeze dried and reconstituted condition...hard to effect the peptide negatively (should it be a quality product).* My concern would be injecting a needle into the body which has been used for more than a few insertions
Absolutely bring on the questions.* The experiences around the net all have a great deal in common and are certainly legit.. however the peptide is not easy to use because of the sensitivity and bio-availability...not to mention there are zero instructions in existence - tons of issues/hurdles to overcome!
The beauty of the successful PT-141 experience is the surprise.* Grown man getting a spontaneous erection...takes you back to grade school when the teacher bent over (and you went beyond a chub).* A youthful energy as compared to pushing the blood around (PDE5s) is the trip imho.* Sensations involved with the aphrodisiac/erection are only paralleled by harder drugs such as GHB, oxy/herion...and maybe MDMA
PT-141 is an unreliable at best solution for those with real cases of ED.* The were/are studies combining the peptide + PDE5 (viagra/cialis/levitra).*

So, dear Chris, I am about to try for the second time - this time after reading your most recent post, I will inject further down towards the belly area and "sink" the pin as I do with my B-12 shots.* What I did the first time around was to inject per the instructions of the lady on the video from youtube........she said to go up by the navel,,,grab the skin and pinch and insert syringe/pin "SIDEWAYS" which is what I did.
This time, its sink it in all the way with the new 1/2" which I bought and further down where there is less fat.* Wish me luck Chris - my hope is that by 11pm this evening I will be feeling sensations I haven't felt in quite a while. That will be a window of 5 hours.* Keep my fingers crossed.
