MT-II is so potent it is a sure thing....* Still curious what quantity it would take for afamelanotide to darken facial hair in men

It does darken it but there needs to be a fair amount in your system and the dosage has to be about 2mg per day.* That's from personal experience but may differ with others so use at own risk.

Also agree with xander here it took me 80 mgs in my system and a daily dose of 1.5mg before I noticed facial hair darkening and it was still no where near as dark as it gets on MT2.

Hi Bob,* how dark was the tan on 1.5mg of m1?* Did you notice any other side effects with that high of dose... New moles, darker moles, circles under eyes, etc

    Thanks for posting your experience.

Mt1 still darkens moles at 1mg, but you have to be paying attention to notice it.* Or load for a very long time. In my case, 1.5 did not make new moles or cause circles, or have any negative side effect.

I can second BoBs experience that 1.5 mg/d of mt1 will darken facial hair.* 1mg/d Had a barely noticeable effect on me.

Re: Melanotan One does not darken facial hair

It was as dark as I would be on MT2 but I needed a lot more MT1 to achieve the darkness. As for moles yes they darkened and a few new ones popped up but when I switched to MT2 I noticed a lot more moles and darkening. MT2 is way stronger than MT1 and in my case gave me more moles than I got with MT1 this didn't bother me at all though.

I never had any other side effects with MT1 or MT2 just moles and the usual nausea after the first few injections until my body adjust to it. Never got any circles under eyes etc

Re: Melanotan One does not darken facial hair

The hair darkening is dose depending on M2. As M1 is not as potent, that must be the reason.

I've been loading on 7 mgs a week and then my eyebrows started darkening too. On 4-5 mg I didnt have that effect.

On 1-2 mg my head hair stayed darker but my facial hair didnt go dark.

I thought M1 increased MSH up to 20 percent.* Melitane should be 70 percent, so I think it could be a great alternative for hair. Have started a topic on it.
