    Experiences with Ipamorelin

    Author:* Russianstar

    Ipamorelin profile

Firstly just so everyone knows what we are talking about here is a look at one of the best peptides available.

Ipamorelin is a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) receptor-active GH secretagogue, it doesnt significantly effect cortisol or prolactin, so this makes it highly specific for GH release.

    Aib-His-D-2-Nal-DPhe-Lys-NH2

It has also been found that 12 weeks of treatment with ipamorelin increased bone mass in young adult female rats in one study that can be found on pubmed.

It is important to remember that Ipamorelin is a ghrelin mimetic, and an analog to ghrelin.
However it doesnt cause the kind of hunger feelings caused by ghrp-6.
Ipamorelin acts with synergy when used during your own GHRH (growth-hormone releasing hormone) pulse or when co-administered with GHRH or a GHRH analog such as Sermorelin or cjc.
The synergy comes about due to both the obvious suppression of somatostatin and the increases in GH release per-somatotrope, while GHRH increases the number of somatotropes that release GH.
Due to the fact that its selective and doesnt really alter cortisol or prolactin levels, this makes Ipamorelin a very exciting peptide, it is as effective as ghrp-6 without the increase in hunger or cortisol or prolactin serum levels, and it has another property unique to Ipamorelin.
A mega-dose of ipamorelin results in a mega-release of GH (up to the entire amount that is actually present in the pituitary), whereas GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 have limits of approximately 1mcg/kg in humans for their maximal GH release.
I find this very exciting when used directly after training to increase recovery and in the maturation of satellite muscle cells.

    Results and experiences.

I used 100mcg 3 times a day, i used it exactly as GHRP-6 in my experiences thread... i used it injected directly in to joints and areas that i have damaged and found over just a 2 week period a massive amount of improvement, in particular in my elbow where i was suffering from a strained ligament.. the pain subsided totally and full strength returned within 4 weeks.. this was after it hurting on and off for over 3 months. The pain has never returned,

As for its anabolic properties i used 300mcg straight after training to get a much larger pulse in GH, and found recovery improved vastly... over 12 weeks on this protocol i lost about 2 lbs in body-fat.. but as my BF is very low i think had i been bigger this number would have been considerably higher.
I saw an increase in vascularity.. improved skin texture.. very deep sleep, in fact i was feeling sleepy quite a bit through the day.. minimal water retention and about 3lb gain in mass... sadly i am at my genetic max i feel for size and find it nearly impossible to hold on to anything over my current weight, however 2lb has lasted over 3 months, with the obvious fluctuations in glycogen retention etc... i use an average weight based on 14 readings through the week to get a correct measurement.

If i combined this with something like CJC, which i hope to do very shortly i feel this could be an incredible combination.. and currently the best peptide combination.. although i still love the effects of ghrp-6, i love the hunger stimulation.
The selective effects of ipamorelin make this a very special peptide..

    Russians peptide rating..

    10/10

This is a must buy and perfect to get to grips with peptides if you are a first time user.

    Kind regards RS

    Re: Experiences with Ipamorelin

I have been interested in 100-500mcg dose Ipamorelin along with 100-250mcg CJC-1295 or modified GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 w/o DAC).* Hearing many rave reviews about this combination* 8)

Ipamorelin seems to be one of the user-friendly GHRP peps which yield results w/o much hassle - suits the lifestyle well

    Re: Experiences with Ipamorelin

First off, I have seen blood tests done in Ipamorelin and it gives off the weakest GH/IGF-1 response of the GHRPs.* However, because it has no desensitization of receptors at any dose and does not effect hunger it can be used at very high doses which makes it very effective. I think for BB purposes, when combined with a GHRH, you need to take about 500-1000mcg.* Those who find their sleep cycles are effected by the other GHRPs at bedtime, Ipamorelin is a good choice as well.

Ipamorelin is perhaps the GHRP I have ever used. I have never slept so much peaceful like when I was using Ipamorelin. Although, I did experience a slight headache which I suspect was caused by my dosage pattern.

Ipamorelin does efficiently help with sleep. I did not notice any side effects for me - must be my tolerance, or usage of it.

I tried ipamorelin and the effects are amazing. I sleep WAY more efficiently! I actually do not get any side effects (or at least do not feel them) from it which is a huge plus.

Ipamorelin is definitely one of the best peptides available in the market. It is also recommended to those people who are suffering from insomnia as it is known to be one of the top 2 peptides that are very effective for solving sleeping problems. Ipamorelin is not that expensive compared to other peptides as well.

Ipamorelin is undeniably a great kind of GHRP. No wonder why it is among the most used kinds of GHRP these days. I also recommend this to my friends who have difficulties in sleeping at night because aside from helping you achieve the figure you want, it promotes a better sleep just like the DSIP.

It is a great thing that you provided some information about the drug. I can say that you are really really satisfied with it knowing that you rated it with a perfect 10. Just like you, I am also very satisfied with what I am using right now. Though I want to try Ipamorelin, I have to stick with my current product as I am not ready to let go of what it brings me.

To be honest I didn't know a great deal about it until I read the comments on this thread, but for it to get a 10/10 review, it's definitely something I'll be looking into a lot more closely now.

I'm also happy with what I'm using now and are unwilling to change, but it's something I will keep in mind for the future.

Ipamorelin is a great peptides for building more body muscles and acquiring more lean mass. It is also great for those who are struggling with insomnina since just like Delta sleep-inducing peptides, it helps a lot in sleep improvement. Ipamorelin is one of the peptides that promise the best output.

I agree with the others. Ipamorelin is really a good peptides. For me, it is effective in both losing weight and toning the body. This is why it is my favorite brand of peptide. It is what I am currently using now and I don't think I'll change anytime soon.

A friend of mine had problem sleeping, but, since he started using ipamorelin, he has been sleeping really well and feels invigorated and refreshed when he wakes up. Ipamorelin is really a good choice.

I am just a curious cat here. If ipamorelin is one of the top two peptides that help you get a good sleep, then what is the other one? I might give it a try just to see which is better between ipam and the other one you are referring to.

It is very nice to know that I am not the only one here who is a satisfied user of ipamorelin. I have read a lot of great reviews about ipam from different users here. Clearly, I did the right choice in choosing ipam as my peps.

I was an ipamorelin user before I decided to be a mixed peptides user. So far, I can say that ipamorelin is great! If I was not a curious cat, I would have chosen to stick with ipam. Fortunately, I was so curious coz i got better results when I shifted to GHRP 6 + GRF. it is not that ipamorelin is not good. It's just the latter is better.

The positive reviews about ipamorelin are what pushed me to choose ipamorelin (+ MOD GRF) for my first ever peptides try! I am expecting my products to be delivered in three days. I am so excited to use them
