I am a new user of PT141, J. Jackson asked me to tell the forum what I am doing because it is not working. I mixed my 10mg bottle with 1cc of the sterile water. The first time I tried . 2 cc. Nothing. Then I injected my wife, 5'6", 126 lbs., with .1cc and myself with .3cc, still nothing. My 10mg vial is almost gone and I have seen no effect. Comments will be appreciated.
Sorry you are having an issue with the peptide, I had great success with it but i also used 20mg cialis at the same time. It actually becomes a bother in the middle of the night, but I'll deal with it.

Third time I used all of it (10mg)* and filled about 1/3 of the blue inhaler I purchased through the web site. Inhaled it about 30 times. After 5 minutes I felt a sensation that went away after 15 minutes. Later I took Cialis, but nothing. I have one more bottle left.* Maybe try it with an injecter. Should not hurt since I inject Byetta for diabetes type II and it does not really hurt at all.
I injected it three times and nothing.* :'( For one of the injections, I took about 2 1/2 times the recommended dosage. I was afraid to take anymore. After about an hour I felt flushed like I had taken Viagra.
At fours hours I did have sensations in my face, chest and stomach that I had never experienced before. Neither positive or negative, I could just feel something but unfortuately not what I wanted to experience. So something is definitely going on.
I see from other posts that other people have experienced the same thing (nothing) when it was given to their friends. I have now tried it about seven times without anything. I will try it again and then give up.* ??? I am 57 so maybe age is a factor? What is the maximun recommended dosage??

So?? you took Cialis and had no effect from that product?? I'd suggest that you should really consult with a doctor regarding your ED, PT141 will increase desire, there are just too many people that are using it on a regular basis with good success. I myself have used it in conjunction with Cialis with crazy results but you and I obviously have different levels of abilities which should be expected.
You mentioned "feeling of Viagra"* did you try that with no results as well??
I've always had a response with the injectable method, and minimal response with the nasal, If you are already using insulin, using the peptide in that manner it shouldn't be an issue for you at all. If you are not getting a response from the product even when using cialis, again i would recommend seeing a doctor but i assume you already are.
How does Diabetes effect sexual ability and erectile dysfunction???
Actually I did have an erection but it was from the Cialis not the PT-141. As I stated, I felt some sensations but not what has been described on this site. I am Type II Diabetic but my blood sugar is normal so I don't think that has any effect. I think I will order some more and try it again.
Some other people in their 50s also felt nothing as they stated in another thread. Ironically, maybe it works best for those who need it the least!!
