Nope, milligrams not ML.* You've spread 10 mg into 1 ML or 100 units on an insulin syringe, at least that's what I believe you're supposed to do.* In that event, 10 units would be 1 mg of PT-141, 50 units, .5 ml, would equal 5 mg of PT-141.*
So far I am scared and concerned:
1. I used much higher doses (by mistake]2. No reaction - except 5-6 hours erection - BUT no perception change or other change !!
I would give anything for positive results, but so far - nothing.
I injected 2 days ago 12-13 units; today (at 16]
I had extra long night erections, but I expected a change in "libido", some excitement...
I do not understand why I do not have at least 30% of this:

Expectations are difficult to gauge for everyone.* You could be a non-responder or have too much stress.* PT-141 is not like heroin, mdma, ghb or whatever recreational mind altering drug that is great to fu(k on.* The desire/aphrodisiac from brem is subtle and varies.* 2mg dose would be my next and last trial if I were in your shoes shogun (if it delivers erections yet fails to effect your drive...not sure I would be excited to use PT again)
I wish I could help you, but I get a great reaction from a mere .6 mg dose - I can be in the car and when my thoughts turn to my wife's body...I definitely get a pretty serious itch that viagra and its cousins do not give. *My main complaint is that the itch doesn't go away for about 24 hours. *
Perhaps some other medications you are taking are interfering? *Not enough sleep?

If I am a healthy person - how can I have so different results from a majority ?

I am still trying to find out why it does not work for me:
1. The window of any reaction in my case is between 6 and 8 hours - UNpractical enough- but this is not my major concern -
2. It does give long erection with short breaks for hours- what it does not give]* (a) any desire increase
* (b) any better feeling - so longer action is not a result too
I was told that stress and PT do not mix. I find this a negation of the drug]With not enough money to provide all of the above - and money could help here - desperate people turn to PT.
For me this experience is a source of big pain - I am not trying to criticize PT - I am trying to see how it will work for me. All regular drugs work fine for me, like Z-pack or tylenol, etc.
May be I need to inject in different place - does this matter ?* May be I need to try 3mg dose ?* I will try some more attempts.

I only place the dissolved (with water) stuff in a regular refrigerator section.

How old are you, Shogun?* Age may make a difference in how you react.
I'm 65 and my reaction to PT-141 isn't quite like what most men here say. I don't have really hard throbbing erections thinking about sex unless I take viagra or some other ED drug like cialis or levitra.* On Pt-141, my reaction to ED drugs is much stronger and longer-lasting than without it.*
My libido doesn't increase a huge amount as others have reported.
I have taken a max of 2.5mg of PT-141, and then I notice I stretch and yawn more and get more pleasure from that. I do get a few more spontaneous erections for up to a day or two after that big dose, but I also have some brief periods of nausea throughout that period, while I only have one brief period of nausea about five minutes after injecting with a smaller dose.
I just plan my sexual encounters by injecting PT about 8 to 12 hours before sex and then take an ED drug an hour or so before sex.

I just need more (and more with time) to be aroused - I thought, PT is a miracle (based on the descriptions I read).
It is deeply disappointing]with a young beauty with great affection- MOST men would not need anything !!
I will still experiment, but it was a very bad thing for me- after I decided to go with injections- to discover that
