Dr Edward Bach stated that Oak ( Quercus robur ) allows the naturally strong to take a break rather than struggle on without rest.

Indications: For relief of naturally occurring nervous tension.

Directions: 2 drops in water and sip at intervals or add to a 30ml mixing bottle containing water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.

Active Ingredients: 5 x dilution of Quercus robur HPUS. Inactive Ingredients: 27% Alcohol.
